My partner went for a 1 hour run before breakfast , while I slept . It was lovely to enjoy a warm sunny day .
After breakfast we walked down to the beach stopping at a lagoon to observe the wading birds - ibis , stone curlews , egrets and other beautiful waders whose names we did not know.
We enjoyed paddling in the sea , and left the surfers to enjoy the big waves.
This cactus caught me eye on the wall home .
