Redwing.

I felt like doing this photo in mono as the whole day has been in Mono. I guess the sun might make an appearance this month but this week has been unbelievably dark grey. I do however like to see the winter thrushes that visit us and this one perched high in a tree as I drove back from my pottery class just caught my eye.
Think I had better start taking Vitamin D until the sun shows its face again!.
 I don't know how folk in the north of Norway cope during the long, dark. cold winter months. No wonder thy have a glorious celebration when the sun makes a brief reappearance at the end of January. I shall be celebrating when I see the sun again this month!!
