The day started normally, and then I read the front page of the Lancashire Telegraph explaining in head -line horror that a 16 year old Rishton girl, had been assaulted in a way that is too horrifying to describe.
That poor girl.
The front pages are impactful with their black print and a sensitive deliverer or any human being who can read languages and relates to other human beings is spoken to, and prayers for this person who I do not know and grief that our community could not find a way of protecting her innocence.
