May is for ASPARAGUS!

My staff cafe is run by the company of a very well known tv chef.

They have a little monthly newsletter outlining the in season ingredient of the month.

And this month, the ingredient is..... ASPARAGUS

Lots of recipe tips in this leaflet, but the one that caught my eye and attention was:
- "sausage and mash - stir shredded blanched asparagus into the mash for a delicious twist"
