The only photo taken today as I was closing the curtains.
An awful CPN visit today, I was so agitated combined with feeling really low. I got more and more distressed and I ended up banging my head on the door a lot. She left, leaving me on the floor in tears. She said someone would drop off some diazepam tonight. Someone has just put the diazepam through the letterbox.
Later I got a call from the hospital getting a lecture on safety of the staff and I might not be able to get home visits anymore. They are phoning me tomorrow to discuss it further. I don't know what to do anymore.
Least I can take all the diazepam tonight.
