Hectic day. Non stop and tricky in primary and ISP. Super quick turn around to be loch side by 4:15 to meet M  + J for the last part of thier advanced open water assessment. Then on to meet the Rock trainees on the island for the 2nd night and 3rd day of thier expedition. 
Great to see M cruising through his assessment and most importantly catching the night paddling bug :)
