Today was full of God's grace. Our caregiver had a sick child and called off work today. Meanwhile, Hubby is nursing a cold and really not very mobile, so her help was not really needed. 
My morning appointment was cancelled so I could stay home and get hubby up and settled in for the day.
I was successful at putting in a claim with our newly procured home warranty plan to fix a leaky toilet. I also found replacement foot rests for hubby's wheelchair that were broken by the baggage handlers. And lastly I did the grocery shopping and made a cake.
I'm feeling blessed.
