Lunchtime stroll

Must make this brief as I have the flashing lights of a migraine.

Took a walk around Sheringham at lunchtime. The sea was lovely and blue.

Worked until nearly 6. Jon cooked dinner, and I've been writing the Christmas cards, when suddenly the lights started. So annoying.

So off to lie down.
