Lift Me Up!

Hazel came over this morning and she and JR had a good yak about last night’s splendid ‘do’, including trying on jewellery and watches. Beautiful canapés and the champagne was flowing. 

Then she gave us lots of tips about where to go and what not to miss when we go to South Africa. What a nuisance that the internet was down all morning, so we couldn’t check out things properly. We also talked about another wee holiday we’re planning with Hazel for next year.

We then took an old print down to the shop to be re-framed and give it a new lease of life. JR and Archie then went for a long walk, down to the Grassmarket and back, but I came home.

This evening we have been bingeing on The Crown. Not because it’s gripping, but because we need to finish it - I have a long list of other things to watch.
