Earth calling...

First planting in the courtyard...plus a sprinkling of seeds (mostly poppies)

as lack would have it Waterman (who cleans the closes) was visiting today and
kindly obliged with giving the soil a good soak.

Am so happy with all this - feel connected to the person that I miss so much and who loved to garden.

Worked in Dundee later - very positive and energetic.

Something has been released though - perhaps the gardening plus working on a physically powerful piece later.

Walking home from the station I sobbed all the way up the hill - not in a bad way, just remembering... and fortunately it was dark so no-one bothered

So much has happened since the start of the year - the chance to grieve has been very limited. Glad to have a moment this evening.
