These are Rosa Rugosa, partly grown for their fabulous seed heads as well as oldy worldy flowers.

Spent most of today weeding and removing cosmos which is finally over them trimmed an Irish Yew as it was getting dark between 3.30 and 4pm.

My van has been at the garage today having the coolant system flushed again to remove any remaining oil and also for a new fuel line and wheel bearing, it's time for it to lose it's garage obsession!!

Felt the need for gravy so cooked sausages in onion gravy for dinner.
