Meringues

As promised , yesterday's meringues, now taste trialed. They were recognisable but the chewy centre was a little too much so, stick-in-your-teeth chewy. Not sure if they were under whisked, over whisked, under cooked, over cooked. But I'm pleased with my first effort!
