TAKING OVER

Apparently B's studio is no longer big enough for all his guitars and so some of them have recently moved out onto the top landing. I say nothing (but I think a lot).

However, he redeemed himself when we woke up to cold radiators and no hot water by knowing how to fix the boiler and get it going again.
