Grey Heron

First very cold day today (-2) there was a frosting on the grass. The young one caught me at the gate and was very hungry. I gave her most of her food then made my way to the loch knowing she would follow. I gave her the rest of her food at the water edge then went round to feed the male. As usual the crows (increasing in numbers) got  biscuits!
