Setting Sail On A Silvery Sea

Today was a bit of a blip desert so I decided to set myself the challenge of creating an image out of three items - two from around the house and one found.
The first is the the back cover of one of my brother's photography magazines (the silvery sea of the title), the second is the rather dishevelled little sailing boat (which resides in our bathroom but I have no idea why) and the third is this tiny figurine which I found lying in the middle of a nearby road - I'd spotted him on a run a couple of days ago but when nobody came to claim him I decided to give him a home and the chance to be a star of a blip! :-)
I also found a poem online called "The Silver Sea Poem" by Dennis Lange which I loved so I've included an excerpt:

The sliver sea was here before
My little ship set sail
Most men with canvas or an oar
Edged forward but to fail

Beyond horizon, tale is told
Believed as true by some
That silver turns to gold
And here does truth become
