First sun….

The sky was rather cloudy when Maisie and I set out walking early this morning. A pretty pink sky and lots of lenticular clouds. Once the colour faded the day threatened to be grey. Then the sun peeped out beneath the cloud cover and turned the world to gold. This Bluegum tree looked particularly lovely.
Around 9.am Son Duncan departed for Dunedin. A long drive for him. I met friends for coffee at a local cafe. That was a fun time. I took Maisie for a bath at Animates around midday. And later this afternoon I took her to the Vet Centre to get her ears checked. She is a very good little patient.
