Work, cheese, yoghurt

We had a nicely busy day today.  Mr MacD spent time out in the garden, but also blanched the last of the broad beans and froze them, as well as cooking Halloumi and scrambled eggs for supper.

I was busy working, making Halloumi, cooking sourdough pancakes for lunch (topped with baked beans - Mr MacD’s favourite), making yoghurt and doing some ironing.

We’re feeling good, although Mr MacD was rather tired by the time he’d finished in the garden.

I happened to look up late morning and there was the Ovation of the Seas steaming into port.  She is certainly big and I just can’t imagine being on such a huge vessel with so many other people - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ovation_of_the_Seas
