There are many different fungi and I have tried to identify these but welcome any corrections. Since the summer this fungus high up on an ash tree has changed from brown to black confirming that it is a Shaggy Polypore (Inonotus Hidpidus) which can cause damage and ash trees are their favourite tree. The decaying Parasol mushroom (Macrolepiota procera) was almost 20 centimetres wide and the little delicate toadstool with a pinkish tinge might be a fairly rare Pink waxcap (Porpolomopsis calyptriformis) The pretty one looking like a cocktail umbrella is a Pleated inkcap (Parasola plicatilis and was barely more than one centimetre.
