Hanging out the washing got delayed as I had to go in for the camera to get pics of the webs with the sun on them. There were 2 on adjacent arms of the whirly, the other one had the light shining right through and is in extras.
Did various household jobs in the morning and binned a tree in a pot that died in the drought earlier in the year, it was getting a bit big, anyway.
In the afternoon we opened up the church as a warm space but didn't get any takers for the tea, coffee and biscuits (except those of us "on duty"), though someone we know did call in and it was good to have time to chat.
This evening went running with the club, on a route that was either very wet or firm track, so that's another pair of shoes to get dry! It was a beautiful evening with a clear, starry sky and an amber moon, chilly though.
