Very high tide

Mike got home at lunch time after a good journey back.
Later in the afternoon we went to Udale bay to see the sunset. The tide was very high and covered all the banks.There were only a few ducks around as there was no room for any waders.
We drove round to Kirkmichael and had a walk around. All the waders were altogether and plenty of them. A red kite was being harassed by a crow.
Lots of interesting grave stones , some very old with the writing only just visible after years being exposed to the elements.
We treated ourselves to fish and chips from Crofters and then watched some football and the final of I’m a Celebrity. Pleased that Jill Scott won although Owen would have been a worthy winner too :)
