Wily old fox

The fox and the deer head have come down from the wall. To be replaced with more acceptable art. I think he will go into the attic for a retirement trip.

The main event today however was the rescuing of Mrs Smith’s car. Yesterday morning I sold my car and we discussed the possibility of being a one car family. Yesterday afternoon Mrs Smith’s car broke down when she was picking Eve up from the train station and they had to come home in a cab.

So this morning, Mrs S met the AA van back at the station and managed to get back on the road. But maybe the universe is sending us a message?

This evening Ruby made a delicious home made pizza for us all.
