Collared

Another garden regular. At this time of year, we seem to have a small flock of Collared Doves regularly visiting the garden.
I had a baking day today. I’ve got the sourdough loaf how I like it now, but I’m still trying to get the perfect combination of oven temperature and time for rolls.
