Waiting

I was encouraged to go out and buy a Christmas tree yesterday. I felt a bit grumbly about it as it’s still November. I had lunch with a friend today who pointed out it was the first day of Advent yesterday. This pleases me a lot so the tree is now ready for my kids to come back in the middle of the week and it’ll be dressed.
