All Fall Down!

Much to my surprise this was the view of the old kiln barn situated in the field next door. The kiln barn had fallen down. The bricks were fired in the kiln from 1850 onwards. There may have been some original bricks and bits of tools in it. I only spotted it as I was going out to walk this afternoon. It probably happened on Saturday when we had some very strong winds blowing.

Did the owner know the barn had fallen down? Clare and I went there as part of our walk and he didnt know. He was grateful we had let him know but not surprised only that it didnt fall down years ago.
