Champagne for Cheerfulness
Highlight of the day was going to daughter and new son-in-law's temporary flat, along with his family, and the family who own the flat. The idea was to help them drink up some of the champagne they were given for their wedding - which we were happy to do! Along with some yummy nibbles, which filled us up so much we have foregone dinner.
Other than that, spent majority of day studying a book on how sermons should be dialogues - not boring 20 minute monologues. The word 'homily' comes from the Greek for 'conversation' and the word 'sermon' from the Latin for...'conversation'. Food for thought.
