Regents Park

Stayed with M&M last night so this morning we went for a walk round various parts of Regents Park. It’s a lovely well kept London park, very peaceful and tended beautifully.
Afterwards R and I made our way back to the car and then drove home, again through horrendous traffic, particularly in Shooters Hill area. Went on the cross trainer when I got back as it was too wet to go for a run.
