Ravine, Gorleston

This bridge links the prom walk over the ravine. The ravine also provides emergency access to the beach. I've wanted to get a good shot of this for a while and today's blustery conditions drew me to the seafront in my lunch hour (actually 3/4 hr lunch, but that sounds weird).
I've walked, run, cycled and courted (is that even still a term?) on this prom, I would walk my partner Karen home every night along here after work in all weathers 28 years ago and we still enjoy a stroll there now, only nowadays I don't have to stand outside her house saying goodnight for an hour and a half until her mum tells me I should be getting off home! Ha!
The prom walk here is still as popular as it was 30 years ago when I first lived here and not just with the more mature patrons all ages enjoy it, roller blading, running, skateboarding, dog walking and scootering!
