I had seen the high waves and managed to find a few minute to head down the 'bay' this afternoon. I never know quite how to take dramatic photos of big seas as it normally involves a wet camera and lens - never ideal!

Anyhow this person was walking back from the end of the pier, and to capture him being drenched was too good an opportunity to miss. I think I might know him too...
