Backstreet love hearts

The main achievement of the day is to have made our Christmas cakes. This is probably the latest that I have ever left this task - such are the demands of retirement.

I also took a Covid19 test today, worried that my recent illness could be this. It came back negative. This is just as well because my next vaccination appointment is tomorrow.

We enjoyed seeing Bruce for coffee this morning. He arrived laden with presents, including the most enormous chocolate advent calendar.

I took my blip just before lunch when Mr hazelh and I popped out on a mission to return a library book (A gentleman in Moscow, which I loved), order our Christmas turkey, buy some sausages for dinner this evening, and pick up the Covid19 test kits. I also wandered up to our 'corner shop' to look at bathroom accessories.

Exercise today: small amount of walking (10,082 steps).
