‘Les Champignons’ strike again!

Tonight we joined family and friends at a charity quiz to raise funds for a local hospice.
It was a decent turn out, with about a dozen teams, and we entered into it with our usual enthusiasm - safe in the knowledge that we rarely place anywhere near the top of the scoreboard!
Randomly, tonight we did good! Closely trailing the leaders by a handful of points right up to the wire , when the photo round cinched the deal and earned us first place, and the prize of 6 bottles of wine…. Conveniently one a piece!
