we'll pick berries and recline

Outdoor learning today was great - the task I set the children was to transport water from one bit of the wildlife garden to another using pipes, connectors and rope. It was amazing watching them working together and listening to some of the quieter ones in the group voice their very logical ideas - everybody turned around to listen to them. No one got it to work by the end of this session but they were all buzzing with excitement and motivation to have another go next time.

I guess I could learn a thing or two about not becoming disheartened at things not working out, eh?
