Great (and generous) Blue Heron

A Great Blue Heron presented itself standing at the edge of a field alongside the road on which I was traveling.
I turned around and came back to find the heron still standing across the road from a place where I could park my car.
This Great (and very generous) Blue Heron allowed me a slow, non-stealthy approach with my phone camera and gave me a lovely photo.
