End of the week

Not a bad week, and in the whole scheme of things not a bad Friday at work today.

As an example, today my day ranged today from liaising with professionals to ensure a terminally ill lady gets the level of care she needs to have a peaceful death at home ….. to a relative moaning that Social Services are not doing enough to support their relative sort out their domestic support as their home has become cluttered. Obviously lots in between. The highs and lows of working in Social Care and I’m just one worker with a team looking to make a difference, enable independence and support individuals to aid quality of life.
