Seen at the nature reserve, not sure of name!

Woke up to clear skies, sunshine most of the day:)

Spoke to my friend, did a couple of jobs and then K called round for me and we went to Barling Nature Reserve.  Lovely wander round here, taking photos, talking and watching for birds.  It was lunchtime by the time we had finished so K drove me home.  I was feeling tired so decided to walk to the fish and chip shop and that was my lunch! I feel asleep this afternoon, still find I'm getting tired easily which is annoying!
The photos were taken at the reserve, if anyone knows the flower I've blipped that would be good.
