Cable Subway Ventilator

The Foundry is a pub I think I have only been to once.

The photo was really about the blue column. This was a ventilation shaft for the cable subway running to the tram depot. The ventilator was installed about 1905.

More rain in the afternoon, it has been mostly cloudy all day.
