How I Spent My Day

I volunteer one day a week at the University's Theatre Collection. Today's job involved sorting and filing photographic negatives, ca 1938-77, that were donated by a well-known London photographer. It isn't onerous work, and it's very therapeutic -- and social too as I work alongside my lovely colleague John. It's also fun to come across some famous and semi-famous faces in the negatives -- eg, today Marcel Marceau. Perfect for a rainy Thursday.
