Along the Loke

Shortly after we moved into this house we bought a painting by a local artist in one of the exhibitions at Holt Festival.  As a result, we now get invited to any new gallery openings or exhibitions, and the latest was a four day display of paintings in Glandford by established artists.  I wasn't too impressed by many of them but there were two by Eric Gill, one of which I really liked.  A controversial man certainly, but undoubtedly a talented one.  Many people may not think they know him, but have probably seen his work on the London Underground and used his 'Gill Sans' font.

We headed into Cley afterwards to visit the deli and smokehouse, and took this shot down one of the lokes off the main road.
