Shouty seagull

Had the sparrowhawk drop by the garden first thing, but he didn't hang around long enough for a pic but nice he's still about as I'd not seen him for ages! He was probably enjoying it not raining for a change as we've had a sunny start to the day - wind and rain is back now though!

 A quick trip to Southend this morning as Dad needed to go to the bank, and we ended up buying a few little bits for xmas presents so very happy about that! Mum also found a black handbag she liked - she's been looking for ages with no success, but found one with 20% off in the Black Friday sales so that made it an easier purchase!

We stopped off very briefly on the way home at two tree island just to see the really high tide.  The seagulls were hanging out in the car park, and I think this one was upset I wasn't there to share food!

Dropped off various bits at a friends' who sorts a lot of stuff out for the BCRT charity we help fund raise for, and she dumped as many bags on us with new jigsaws to sort through, stamps to organise and books for me to rummage through and donate onwards! So that's what I'm starting on now!
