Chicken Sausages

Chicken sausages with apples and calvados, sautéed kale, and quinoa. Wine: Bougrier Vieilles Vignes Grande Réserve Vouvray 2019.

The sausages were bought (from D'Artagnan) and quite good. I added some diced radish to the quinoa after it cooked for some crunch and peppery bite. The wine, unfortunately, was terrible (sweet but otherwise devoid of character--it tasted like sugar water). We're cutting our losses on the wine and will decide on another to enjoy with tonight's world cup catching up (we watched Germany v Japan earlier, which was quite a match!).
