Banana muffin

Tesco sold a banana bread mix that Mr Pandammonium liked me to buy. Sadly, this meant me having to buy the repugnant -to-me substance that is bananas.

They seem to have stopped selling that mix now, so I got a banana muffin mix instead. This was deemed not sweet enough; the addition of maple syrup has helped, I’m told.

I have found Mr Pandammonium an easy banana bread recipe, and I’ve just bought him the most humongous bananas we’ve ever seen. Let’s see what happens.
