Coming and Going

After many weeks with many days in the office I'm mainly working from home this week which is making a nice change.  After yesterday's fog I got a bit antsy and wanted to move and get out of the house.  Decided on going for a run, even though I'm not much of a runner.  Did around 5k in around 40 mins which is really not the best 5k time, but it's the first time I've run in ages, plus there was at least two hills so that's my excuse.

Been meaning to try and get a long exposure shot on the motorway bridge which I finally did tonight.I like how this one has a phantom truck heading south.  I think this is caused by the side lights on the cab being obscured by the body once it hits a certain distance away from the lens.
