Flowing Water

I know I posted a canal shot on Monday but when I read the theme for today's Wide Wednesday, hosted by Steveng, is Flowing Water I couldn't resist, and this is a different part of the canal.  Although the canal water looks still it actually flows, sometimes more pronounced, I guess it depends on tidal flow from the Severn from which the canal flows here in Diglis.  If you're not convinced with that water flow I, and Ann who patiently waited for me, can vouch for the fact that it was pouring with rain as I took the photos, plenty of flowing water there.


This morning I prepared and cooked butternut squash and chickpea curry.  A new recipe for me, turned out very nice (see extras).
