…the yoga mat, the morning sky.

Grateful for some gentle yoga this morning, arm is a wee bit sore and I’m a bit achy but all in all not too bad. Like the last time I had the Pfizer vaccination I also have tender lymph glands in the armpit of the arm I had the injections. A less common but known side effect…apparently.

Grateful that all in all I feel OK :-)
