… and we’re off. It doesn’t take long for the flames to grow!

A much brighter day today. Pilates was good and the walk home even better. And the ladies were in great form at Women’s Fellowship this afternoon. Some missing through illness which is always sad, and another “testing out” a care home. Also sad but necessary. She has already decided she isn’t staying. Mavis was there today! Great! Not in brilliant health herself at the moment but delighted to be receiving very good care from her GP.

Some excellent tips on keeping warm on the Martin Lewis show this evening! Some are really ( hilarious) ingenious!
