The 'C' word..

Cake obviously! Completed one of the things to do today, baked my Christmas Cake.

Unfortunately it had rained overnight so doing some pointing to my path wasn't possible.

Lovely evening, RF came over for dinner which we thought was going to be one of the simply cook recipes, I bought the fresh ingredients earlier and had collected the instructions and seasonings from RF's the previous day, unfortunately I hadn't picked up the ones which go together so had to cobble something together, it turned out rather well!!
