Renovators Dream!

A lazy blip today but it has been full on preparing for our holiday which starts tomorrow.
After renovating our kitchen and bathroom in the last year this place seemed like it would be a challenge too hard to refuse!
I often wonder what the story is about a place like this. Maybe they are waiting for their Development Application to be approved.
