Happy with Fallen Leaves

Ellie has been waiting for enough leaves to fall so she could make a pile and jump in it.  She was so cute out there sweeping up the leaves on the deck until she felt it was deep enough for her to make a big splash.

There was no preschool today so we had a long fun day at home. I told her I wanted to pack my suitcase for our Hawaii trip since we will leave the day after Thanksgiving and she said she was going to pack what she wanted me to take for her. I told her that her grandma and grandpa had her summer clothes all ready to pack, but she insisted that I should bring the things she gathered from here, "in case they forget something". She is so funny...I might take a couple of the things she gathered.
