The Green Tomato Challenge

As reported yesterday I have had a bit of a clear out in the greenhouse, carefully preserving all green and red (ish) tomatoes. This is the outcome with approx 1.3 Kg green tomatoes. I will not have the time to make chutney. I realise I should and i hate food waste. Any takers out there?
