Cold snap

Early start to get Mrs Smith’s motor down the hill for an MOT. It has been a very cold night so there was much defrosting and scraping required.

On the plus side, I bagged an early morning blip. And, even better, the car sailed through the MOT.

Joe had to go back to town after dinner so I made cheesy marmite pasta, his favourite, and made sure I cooked enough so he could take some for his lunch tomorrow.
