Castle and Sun: Paul Klee 1928

I have really enjoyed this jigsaw, one that I bought from Barney’s Newsbox a couple of weeks ago. I hesitated, as it is one of those tricky ones where the pieces are very strange shapes and fit together in ways you wouldn’t expect - if you look carefully you will see what I mean. It was a bit of a challenge, but I love the colours, the way you can see the brush strokes in this oil painting and the way the abstract and geometric shapes are combined with a touch of reality. Certainly working on a puzzle like this helps one to appreciate a painting more.
